The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff stood out with their friendly service, making it a welcoming environment. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of options, including delectable Tuscan cheese. However, the curtains in the room didn’t entirely block out light, and the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, which interrupted the otherwise smooth experience. Additionally, I noticed some maintenance issues that could use attention.

The staff was attentive and helpful during my stay.
I couldn't believe that there was hair in the sink when I checked in. On top of that, the toilet didn’t work properly, making my stay quite uncomfortable. It's outrageous for a hotel of this level to have such maintenance issues!
